3/1/2019   We have submitted an official comment to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management about the deficiency of the Vineyard Wind Draft Environmental Impact Statement to acknowledge the existence and reduced impacts of alternative turbine foundation technologies.   Simply put, the European construction companies hoping to make a billion dollars on this project won't admit there is a proven American-made alternative that is far superior.   Read the "comment" here.
